What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?
Sometimes life takes a different direction than we had hoped or planned, and you may not be able to attend, or you may not be in the right space to engage fully.
Regardless of the amount of notice you will not be charged additional fees to change your appointment.
If you have prepaid your appointment you can simply reschedule to another time.
If you have not prepaid you can cancel or reschedule your appointment.
What if I can't find an appointment to suit my availability?
Katallasso standard office days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (9am- 3pm).
However we do offer limited after-hours sessions. Please phone 0439 499 155 or email [email protected] to make these arrangements individually.
Potential alternative appointment times:
Early morning – 7.30am-9.00am
Late Afternoon – 3.00pm-6.00pm
Wednesday Evening – 7.00pm-9.30pm
Saturday Morning – 8.00am-12.00pm

Where can I find Katallasso Relationships?
Katallasso Relationships is located at 31 Thistle Street W, South Launceston – in the Main Administration building of Door of Hope Central Storage (Formerly Coats Patons).
Directions:
From Glen Dhu Street, turn into Thistle Street W.
The Building is on the corner on the Left of the Thistle Street.
Enter the Main Administration Building from the green space (up the entrance stairs).
Katallasso is located in the first corridor on the left, second office.
